Times like this brings the best in all of us, we all are god’s children, color, race, sex, ethnic backgrounds means absolutely nothing to almighty. He looks upon us with one clear vision. It is a terrible thing that happened to such a innocent yet brave students and staff of VA Tech. Your loss is our loss and we will keep everyone in our prayers.

The Lord giveth and he taketh away.
For those of you who have lost loved ones…
I mourn for you.
For those of you who have hatred in your hearts…
I pray God touches and heals you sorrow.
For those of you who seek revenge on all because of the actions of one…
I pray you search your hearts for what is right.
Wide is the path to descrution. Narrow is the path to righteousness.
May the Lord continue to bless and be with those who have been taken from us.
And may the love of the VT community and this nation help to heal those who have lost special loved ones.

In memory of God’s children who were lost in this tradgey.

I know these words cannot bring back those you love and miss. I know these words cannot make you feel safe walking around your beloved campus. I know these words will not make the pain go away. But I pray these words from those around the world will give you HOPE.

I can’t believe that this happened.  It saddens me to hear about it and to wonder what the 33 victims would have been doing at this moment today if this tragedy hadn’t happend.  You will all be missed by those who love you.  My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your families.  Best wishes.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all who are affected by this horrible tragedy.  An incident such as this makes my heart sink as it did on 9/11, when so many innocent lives are taken from us too early.  Please remember that you are not alone during this time and the American citizens are grieving with you.  During this time, we are all part of “Hokie Nation.”

From the darkest day in Virginia Tech history, we must not let this day be forgotten, but rather turn our emotional sorrow into something positive. We must strive to build a better Virginia Tech, a better nation, and a better world. We owe that to the fallen students and faculty. I am so proud of how the students have handled and represented themselves. Each of us needs to “Be the change you want to see in the world”.

God bless the victims and God bless Virgina Tech.

I just wanted to share a quick poem for everyone to read:

Once again we have been struck with a tragedy
Lives have been lost in a selfish act
These lives were our future
They were our role models
We never think how short life can be
But the VT students and faculty thought just that
Lives have been lost
A man with no heart and armed with a gun
A man who later took his own life
An easy way out, yes indeed
But now he will have sorrow and grief for a million years to come
We will go on and we will go on TOGETHER

My prayers are with anyone and everyone who has been affected by this. I hope we can find comfort in our friends and family.

I know that I can speak for everyone at Penn State in saying that you are on our minds and in our hearts.  I just visited VT a few months ago and commented on how similar it was to PSU.  As such, I would like you to know that you have 44,000 people thinking about you and feeling your pain.  As some of the students here have been saying, “44,000 of my buddies and I got your back, VT.” Today, we are all Hokies.

We know that what we say does not make a difference to you now but PLEASE KNOW PEOPLE REALLY DO CARE ABOUT EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU.  GOD BLESS!!

Although I didn’t know any of the victims involved in this terrible Tragedy that ended so many lives on Monday April 16, 2007; my heart, thoughts and prayers go out to each and every victims family and friends.I know that no words or gestures can ease the pain that each of you are feeling at this time. But my hopes and prayers are that each of you will hold on to the good that these wonderful VT students and staff brought into all of their loved ones, and everyone around themes lives. Take comfort in the fact that you will see your loved one again in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father Jesus Christ. Live each and everyday in memory of your loved one, live the life that was so tragically taking from them far to early.

God Bless You All <3

And I would like to challenge everyone who reads this to spread PEACE and Humanity to every person who crosses your path. Not just for the next week, but for everyday that you are here on Earth. This tragedy and so many just like it shows what can happen when someone holds to much anger and lets evil in their hearts. Let the anger pass, and move on with all the happiness yet to come in your future.

With my deepest and strongest condolences,
Crystal K.

From an alumni of Marshall University, a school and community with so much in common.  Brothers and sisters and friends go to both schools as many others throughout… We feel sorry and pain with you.  It is not up to comprehension but through experience we can say that there is always a reason and to trust the Lord.  As our community and school has done, you shall rise out of the ashes to glory.  This will only strengthen your school and community ... later… but for now know we all need to remember the good times and memories and never forget for they shall never be forgotten as long as you remember and pass on your memories from generation to generation.  Our prayers are with anyone and everyone involved.  GOD BLESS you all.
