I’m really confused and shoked, I would like to give answers to what happened or say something to the parents and students who expierence now this pain.I’ve never had such expierences and I can hard imagine how would it be, I just feel pain and after a long time I see life with other eyes, we are just one of many and we all belong together, life is unpredictable, make use of your life time, make something positive of it, love to each other and never wait for receiving anything from the others, just give loving. Maybe so, we could avoid tragedies like this one, it is easy to say it, but hard to apply it in our lifes, we just have to keep trying. I’m with all parents and students of Virginia.

My prayers and thoughts are with you all.  In difficult times, God opens our eyes to the compassion and love that we need to heal.  We don’t always recognize it, but it is always there.  And so are those we have lost, in our memories, in our prayers, in Heaven.

I am and forever will be a proud Hokie.

Dear City of Blacksburg, Virginia Tech, Family and Friends,

I can not tell you what it means to be a HOKIE without saying that maroon and orange runs through your veins. It means when bad things happen HOKIES hold their heads up high and proceed forward even with sadden hearts.

My sister Jessica is a freshman, and a member of the Phi Sigma Pi Fraternity, and most of all the HOKIE family. We as a family have cried, talked and shared stories from campus life. HOKIE sprit runs throughout our family. Even my husband who is a hardcore UVA fan feels the sadness left upon us from the events of Monday, April 16th.

I believe those that lost their lives are now angels in heaven. We will see our brothers and sisters again. I know they would want us to live in their honor, and to carry on the HOKIE pride into the future!!

My heart goes out to all those affected by this tragedy. Please talk about this event, talk about our fallen brothers and sisters, talk about past memories funny and sad as this will bring about the healing we all deserve.

I can’t put into words the sorrow I feel for friends, family and anyone involved in this. I cannot imagine the pain. It is so tragic and in the thoughts and prayers of everyone I know. I wish everyone the best and I will continue to pray for everyone.

I am shocked and saddened by what has happened at VA Tech.  My thoughts and prayers are with all that this tragedy has touched.

I would like to express my full support to the President of the University as well as the Police officials involved in the handling of this massacre.  Hindsight is always 20/20 and it is easy to say what should have been done to best serve the Hokie community.  I believe the University officials did the best they could with the information they had.

God Bless you and keep you in this time of sorrow.

God Speed, Hokies, God Speed.

I’d like to express my deepest condolences to the families and friends of the 33 members of the faculty and the student body who met their untimely deaths on April 16. Although they are taken from us in body they have not left us in spirit. they are now in heaven watching us. As long as we remember them, they is not dead. They will always be with us.

Although nobody can fully recover emotionally, the pain will be less and less as the days go on which is what the deceased would have wanted.

I would also like to offer my prayers and best wishes for the wounded. May they experience less pain as the days go by and hopefully a full recovery.

I can’t stop thinking about what happened and how in a matter of hours, how many people have been affected by this tragedy.  It makes you realize how lucky we all are to be alive and to cherish every moment we have because we never know what to expect from the future.

I think it gets to me even more because it happened at a University and that could have happened at any University where you are suppose to feel safe.  I can’t begin to understand why someone would do something so horrible and ruin so many lives.

My thoughts are with the families and the rest of the affected community.

San Diego loves you all :)

The days are beautiful
The days are beautiful.

I know what days are.
The other is weather.

I know what weather is.
The days are beautiful.

Things are incidental.
Someone is weeping.

I weep for the incidental.
The days are beautiful.

Where is tomorrow?
Everyone will weep.

Tomorrow was yesterday.
The days are beautiful.

Tomorrow was yesterday.
Today is weather.

The sound of the weather
Is everyone weeping.

Everyone is incidental.
Everyone weeps.

The tears of today
Will put out tomorrow.

The rain is ashes.
The days are beautiful.

The rain falls down.
The sound is falling.

The sky is a cloud.
The days are beautiful.

The sky is dust.
The weather is yesterday.

The weather is yesterday.
The sound is weeping.

What is this dust?
The weather is nothing.

The days are beautiful.
The towers are yesterday.

The towers are incidental.
What are these ashes?

Here is the hate
That does not travel.

Here is the robe
That smells of the night

Here are the words
Retired to their books

Here are the stones
Loosed from their settings

Here is the bridge
Over the water

Here is the place
Where the sun came up

Here is a season
Dry in the fireplace.

Here are the ashes.
The days are beautiful.

Our thoughts and condolences go in the first place and over everything to the victims of the absurd act of violence of Monday 16th. “At this moment, more than ever, we must surpass the fear with the hope, inertia with the action and the indifference with solidarity. The vulnerability, common to everybody, turns us partly of the tragedy. You must transform that fear into solidarity an ation against the sales of weapons
“Love me as you are, right now! Remember,I am your God; your Gentleman; your Creator; your Saver; your Teacher; your Brother; your Friend. If you believe in Me, I live always with you. Love me as you do and as you are right now; the rest, is up to me"- GOD

To all the families, students and faculty my deepest sympathys are with you in your time of need. No one should ever have to endure this kind of violence. I can’t even begin to imagine what you are all going through. Being the mother of three it just breaks my heart. I just hope there is more the school systems can do to at least attempt to stop this from happening again anywhere so other families will not have to deal with the tradegy of a loved one lost do to the ignorance of another person.
