I DO FEEL SORRY FOR THE FAMILYS BUT THIS I CAN SAY. THIS IS TALKED ABOUT MORE THAN OUR MILATRY IN IRAQ AND ALL THE YOUNG PEOPLE THERE THAT ARE KILLED EVERYDAY, THE ONES IN IRAQ ARE THERE FIGHTING TO GIVE YOUR KIDS AND FAMILY THE FREEDOM TO GO TO SCHOOL AND HOPE FOR SOMETHING BETTER. I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS. SINCE JAN 2007 45 AMERICANS HAVE DIED TRYING TO PROTECT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY BUT IF SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENES TEARS AND SORROW ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. AMERICA YOU NEED TO GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR BUTT AND SEE WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON ALL OVER THE WORLD TO YOUR PEOPLE, YOUR SONS, AND YOUR FATHERS.........

Dear Virginia Tech,
I wish I could find some words to describe the sadness I do feel right now. It is such a shame that we live in a world full of anger and unhappiness. Everything is just about money, order and power, but at the end anyone can break the rule and create his own...We all know that we cannot turn back the hands of time, but we can and have to look forward and try to manage it somehow. We have to pray that such a tragedy will not happen again, so be happy and remember that the victims did not want you to cry and be sad. They found their peace already. To all friends, victims and families: BE STRONG, LET GOD GUIDE YOU THROUGH THIS; DO NOT SHOW YOUR ANGER,AS THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!
lots of love

Dear VPI friends- Grieve because the grief and pain are great. Pray that they, the slaughtered innocents, will go to their places in peace. Prepare always to remember them and to retain their memories as a blessing. But also, forgive… because the anger will be too heavy to bear. Weep for those left behind- the loved ones of the destroyed and the destroyer. Pray that one day we will find a way to cure the hurt that destroys. But for now, grieve, pray and live on.

Never to suffer would never to have been blessed - Edgar Allan Poe

I hope that the US Government, the NRA and the people who vote in the USA learn from this. People may kill people, but if you give the public easy access to guns, you give lunatics the opportunity to carry out their deluded, horrific fantasies such as Columbine, the recent Amish massacre and now Virginia Tech. Hopefully this suffering will bring about change so that this never happens again........God Bless their souls

I have read about it in the newspapers and on the internet here in Norway, and I cried when I read about it the first time, my first thoughts goes to the family of the victims. It must have been a living hell for those who was on the campus and in the classrooms the man shot the people in. All of my thoughts goes to the families and friends to the victims and to all of the staff on Virginia Tech.
